Here are a few of our most frequently asked questions.

I forgot my password

For security reasons we cannot give out passwords on the telephone. We will fax the details to a number or email to registered address. Please call +44 (0)870 609 4127 or e-mail auto-support@firstserv.com to get your password re set.

How do I set up my Outlook?

Please see the email tutorial page. There are numerous animated movie tutorials which will guide you through the process. You will also need your login and password details that you would have received when the account was set up.

How do I transfer my domain name to you?

This is explained in the domain section. You may either change the name servers of your domain to ours, or transfer the domain entirely to our Registrar (you retain ownership at all times, this is an administrative step).

Where can I view my web statistics?

Please refer to the information sent to you when the account was first set up for the URLs to view your statistics. Raw log files are placed in your web directory and may be downloaded via FTP.

Plesk users: Log in to your Plesk Control panel and go to 'STATS' section.

I've got a big email blocking up my downloads - can you get rid of it?

You may log in to your webmail and delete the offending email. Please refer to the information sent to you when the account was first set up for the URL, login and password to view your webmail. Alternatively, please call +44 (0)870 609 4127 or e-mail auto-support@firstserv.com to get the mail deleted.

How can I get my detagged .co.uk domain name retagged?

You will need to contact Nominet. Details of how to do this are at:
