For standard POP account customers, Firstserv does not provide an outgoing (sending) email service. This is due to the problems encountered by leaving machines in a mail open relay configuration.
Therefore you will need to contact your ISP to locate the outgoing email server. Some examples are below.

Alternatively you may choose to install an SMTP server on your local Network or machine. A good free version can be found at www.mailenable.com.
